All around excellent experience! Highly recommended!My vehicle went out unexpectedly and I was in the market for a "new" vehicle. I currently live in Charlotte, NC but was willing to commute a little to find the right car for me. The day before I had the WORST experience possible at a Kia dealership here in Charlotte and was completed discouraged in the whole salesman/vehicle buying experience. So the next morning I went back online in search of another vehicle. I came across Smart Chevrolet's website that was offering a similar vehicle that I was interested in buying just the day before. Literally from my first phone call to Smart Chevrolet I was offered excellent customer service. I explained my experience to the receptionist that I had the day before and asked her if it was possible to have someone double check the condition of the vehicle before I drive 2.5 hours (one way) to take a look at the vehicle. She was more than willing to have a salesman call back to go over the condition-She even said that they could do a video chat so that the salesman could show me the vehicle as he checked everything over. Shortly after I hung up with her, "JOE", my salesman called me back explained the condition of the vehicle as he inspected it. I told him I was highly interested in it and if he could hold it for me until I could get there the same day. He was understanding and even checked up on me every so often as I commuted to make sure I found them ok. We agreed on 3:30PM that I be there and literally as I drove up at 3:30 he greeted me outside (I was getting out of the car, didnt even have to go inside to find him), he already had the car running with the AC on (which was greatly appreciated it because it was scorching that day). We went for a test drive & everything was better than expected with the condition of the vehicle! The vehicle even had a panorama sunroof that was not advertised on the original listing but was a feature I really wanted for that vehicle. The remainder of the process was also great! The original financing I came approved with didn't end up working out but with the help of the general manager and Joe, my salesman, they very quickly submitted another application to some other finances companies and within 15 minutes came back to me with an approval. At the end of it all I drove off the lot with an awesome 2013 BMW X1 that after a week I am still extremely happy with.I went in completed discouraged from car dealerships because of my experience with another dealership the day before but came out extremely satisfied and highly recommending them to any and everyone that has asked about my new car buying experience! These big city dealership need to learn from these small town dealerships when it comes to hospitality and customer service!

What at wonderful experience at Smart Chevrolet. Sammy was most helpful. The other staff was friendly as well. The whole process was quick, easy and pleasant. This is my 2nd vehicle purchase from here and I will be back!

If you want a dealership that will work to get you where you NEED to be ...then SMART Chevrolet is the dealer to see. We have been looking for a couple months. We have been to many dealers and have been back to SMART on three or four different occasions and they PROVED to be the only one that we needed to visit. They are GREAT!!!!!
